Yes!! We do same day flower delivery when you order before 2:00pm.

If you order after our cut-off time, we encourage you to make a phone call to ensure that we can accommodate your request.

Because our couriers operate within a delivery-window, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or have an accurate idea of when exactly the deliveries will arrive each day. You will receive an email notification upon a successful delivery.

Normally delivery driver pick up around 11am and deliver before 6pm.

Refresh the vase water every two or three days and trim the stems in angle, make sure to get them quickly back in the water after cutting.

Keep fresh flowers out of direct sunlight and away from heat vents.

As flowers die off, pull them from your arrangement.

We strive to provide the freshest quality of flowers. However, damages can occur during transportation due to weather conditions or circumstances out of control.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, please call us or email with order confirmation. And please send us pictures.

Due to the perishable nature of the products, quality complaints must be received within 24hours following delivery.

We will send a replacement depending on the nature of the complaint. No refund will be issued.

Order Changes

Update request on your order should be done 24 hours before the delivery date.

Change requests are not guaranteed during the holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Order cancellations

It maybe possible to cancel the order, depending on the time of the cancellation request.

No refund will be issued for any order cancellations made within 24 hours before the delivery/pick-up date.

For any order cancellation requested 24 hours+ before the delivery/pick-up date, a $10 cancellation fee will apply.

No cancellation during peak holidays; Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
